TENANT SELECTION AND MANAGEMENT
All potential tenants are carefully referenced to ensure that you, the Landlord, get the best possible people living in your property. We believe in being thorough at this early stage so that we protect you and your investment from any potential problems further down the line.
We will carry out a detailed inventory of the property prior to check in and use this to check for defects at the end of the tenancy.
All properties are inspected quarterly and reported back to you for your observation and comments.
